Following your initial contact by phone or e-mail, we look to arrange a visit to the surgery/site to discuss your requirements, survey the rooms and prepare preliminary designs and quotations.

This would be followed by a showroom visit to go through your requirements in detail to create a bespoke solution for your Practice.

We have provided our services to a number of PCTs, hospitals and General Practitioners over the years, so you can be assured of excellent service and care.

Design & Planning

Bondent provide detailed design layouts for all of your cabinet and equipment requirements for the project and will prepare alternative layouts with options in order to find the best solution for you.

In some cases it may be necessary to prepare more detailed design layouts for building regulations and planning and we can arrange for specialist architects and planners to meet all your requirements.

Equipment & Cabinets requirements

At this stage we look to arrange a visit to one of the showrooms to go through the options and demonstrate the various ranges of equipment. This will enable you to see all the options in a Surgery environment and will give you the opportunity to tailor the equipment and cabinets to your exact requirements. It will also give you the opportunity to see the latest technically advanced products on the market to offer you increased productivity and savings.

When designing a surgery, we focus on the way you work, so we can develop an ergonomic design in the space that is available. Our team are fully trained in drawing and design, and have extensive knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the dental working environment to make sure you optimise the space available.

Once you have confirmed your design and equipment requirements we will provide detailed service diagrams for all the cabinetry and equipment supplied together with service details for you and your building contractors.

Building Work

Bondent are able to offer a turn-key service that can include all building work involved.

We work with a number of specialist building contractors to provide an estimate for any or all building work involved and will provide a service that is both on time and budget. We can also put you in touch with specialist planners to maximise your property value and function, and have architects who can provide detailed drawings for any building regulations.

Alternatively, if you prefer to use your own builders and/or architects, we can happily work alongside them while offering the benefit of our experience should they be required. We are only a ‘phone call away for any advice or support that may be needed.

From start to finish your Practice will have our complete support. Even if there are unforeseen setbacks, we will do our utmost to ensure a satisfactory outcome.


We pride ourselves on the quality of our installation. Our engineers are fully trained by the industry's leading manufacturers, and are backed-up by an in-house support team to resolve any problems that may occur on site.

At the tail end of the installation process, we will ask your team to be onsite for the demonstration the new equipment and we will also provide helpful advice and training in preventative and good routine maintenance.

After Sales Service and Support

Our team of experienced engineers are available to support and assist you during and after installation.

Warranty claims are taken very seriously and will be dealt with promptly and efficiently to ensure the Practice keeps running smoothly.

The key to avoiding any future Surgery downtime is diagnosing problems before they happen, so book a preventive maintenance visit for your Practice to get an inspection of all your equipment and we will make sure your equipment meets factory standards and the latest regulations.

Bondent offers telephone advice and care from our in house support team and will usually try to arrange for the installing engineer to contact you to resolve any issues or problems.
